I rented a house through Arrowhead Property Rentals for more than four years. The entire staff was very unprofessional and made no effort to keep its tenants happy. For example, I told them several times about a problem with the outdoor floodlights and they went unfixed for three years. Furthermore, my wife and I spent three days cleaning the entire house before moving out. I even pulled out the refrigerator to clean the back of it and the walls behind it. Nevertheless, I received a handwritten invoice claiming that the refrigerator, microwave, and other items required cleaning. This is a perfect example of fraudulent property management. Like most of Lake Arrowhead, this rental agency is second rate and I wouldn't ever do business with them again.
